Genuine tempo with Club Q leading the way. WHIZ STAR (11) was prominent throughout when winning fresh over 1300m at this track eight weeks ago. Has a fine record here with two wins from four starts. Bold showing expected. CONCORD BLUE (9) was sent out favourite last time and scored by 10 lengths at this track. Yet to miss the frame in three starts over this course and distance. Should park just off the speed despite the draw. Expected to be in the finish. CLUB Q (2) won at this track and distance at her last outing 12 weeks ago. Looks a strong top-three prospect. HERO SOCKS (7) finished fourth two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this track, beaten only 1.5 lengths. This looks a good race for him and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways.
