Genuine tempo with Break Neck and First Flower up front. FIRST FLOWER (6) was an impressive winner last time over 1500m at this track, leading throughout and putting 2 lengths on her rivals. Reunites with Masayoshi Aoyagi who has never missed the frame from four rides, including three wins. Sure to play a big role. BREAK NECK (5) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago at this track. Couldn't follow that up last time out when tenth over 1400m at this track after being in the firing line on the corner. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. LANCE OF VENUS (2) didn’t threaten when resuming last start over 1500m at this track, finishing seventh, beaten 4 lengths. Generally goes well with that run under the belt. Expected to feature. KANNAGI (7) has switched yards since finishing eighth three-and-a-half weeks ago over 2000m at Kawasaki. Sure to make her presence felt.
