Genuine pace with Bankers Choice taking up the running ahead of Magnaspin and Sunset Park. FIRST CHORUS (8) looks the one to beat. She's won her past two nicely, making full advantage of the light weight to come away and win dominantly at Caulfield in this grade over 1600m last time out. Up to 1800m shouldn't pose an issue despite her failing at her only run at the trip which was on very firm ground. She should go close again. MAGNASPIN (4) finished second to First Chorus last time in a much improved effort up in trip. He'll improve again out to 1800m and maps perfectly on speed. LITZDEEL (5) resumes. She'll be on a Melbourne Cup campaign having last been seen running fifth in the Sydney Cup. Whether she's sharp enough at 1800m fresh is the query but she's got ability. JENNIVAMOOSE (7) is in a similar boat off a spell but did run well fresh over this trip last campaign. SUGGESTED PLAY: Magnaspin each-way.
