Good tempo expected with Royal Gladiator, O'caldino and Subdue rolling forward. O'CALDINO (4) is a stayer resuming but has revved up for this with a recent trial and is drawn to get a cosy run in transit from gate two. Hasn't won first-up previously, though there's enough in his latest trial to suggest he can turn in a bold performance. Should be hitting the line with gusto. BEST COFFEE (1) was a touch disappointing last time out but go on the strong win over this course and distance two back. Worth another chance. INQUISITOR (9) placed around this circuit at the latest effort and hoop Wilson-Taylor sticks in the saddle. Sure to run well again. ROYAL GLADIATOR (10) rounds out the selections in an open race to close out the card. SUGGESTED PLAY: O'caldino gets the nod.
