Moderate pace with Graines De Joie taking up the running ahead of Margot Gaia and Nombre D'or. NOMBRE D'OR (8) wasn't far away on debut last start over 1800m at Kyoto, finishing third and beaten 3 lengths. Kept coming first outing and is an improver who looks a major player. SATONO TRINITY (13) was out of the money on debut two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 2000m at Tokyo, beaten 6 lengths into fourth. Did find the line strongly though. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. GRAINES DE JOIE (9) got back fresh but made good late ground over 1800m at Fukushima, beaten 3.5 lengths. Fitter this time. Hard to beat in this suitable race. ICE ICE BABY (7) stepped out for the first time last start and was just fair in finishing eighth at Fukushima over 2000m, beaten 4 lengths. Among the better hopes.
