KATHY'S BEAU (6) is a very consistent conveyance who has remarkably hit the top-five in 26 of his 27 career starts and doesn't know how to put in a poor one. Has a solid record over this six-furlong journey and is drawn to get all the favours from the inside alley. Will be right there at the business end. NORTHERN PRIDE (4) loves it here around this circuit with four wins and four placings from ten starts and will be high on confidence following that last-start victory. Worth serious consideration. GO GETABOY (2) is a four-time winner here and gets some weight relief with the 2kg claim. Top-three contender. DEMON AWARD (3) has been competing in richer races at the past couple and should find this assignment a touch easier. Worth another chance. VALENKI (5) has put back-to-back wins together and cannot be ignored. SUGGESTED PLAY: Kathy's Beau to run his usual honest race.
