Overdue for a win and gets chance here. HEAVENLY MAFIA (6) hasn't been far away recently and may well be looking for the extra trip now. Has upside and should feature in the finish. AMERICAN BEAUTY (8) ran a much improved race at second outing when stretching out to 1500m and looks ideally placed over the longer trip. Leading rider goes aboard and expected to continue to improve. HOMING PIGEON (7) finished 4 lengths from the winner over 1600m at this track after she gave away a big start. Has been drifting well back and winding up late and likely to do the same here.
