Only a small field with Karula Factor likely to find a comfortable lead. KARULA FACTOR (3) impressed last start with a pillar-to-post win by a neck over this track and trip on September 10. Has proven he handles the course and distance well, and there is no tougher assignment this time, making him very hard to beat. SNAKE EYES (1) was below expectations last start over 1400m here after racing prominently on the turn. The drop back in trip suits and this easier assignment gives him a strong chance to atone. PRINCIPAL ACT (5) showed good early dash on his return from a break last time before fading to fourth over 1870m. Looks ready to challenge for a top-three finish over the shorter journey. JUNE STATUS (2) can also feature in a more suitable race.
