Zephyr Song and Lyrical Gangster can be prominent. ZEPHYR SONG (10) arrives fresh for the new stable and rates well-placed to find this easier than the level she faced down south, with a promising recent trial suggesting she's revved up and ready to run a big race fresh. LYRICAL GANGSTER (3) was strongly backed at debut when narrowly beaten in a small field, and while support wasn't quite as fierce second-up, she remains capable of doing much better this time — a genuine top-three commodity. MARKHAM MISS (8) faded out of it last start after racing off the speed, but the run before was smart, sitting on the pace for a narrow second at Goondiwindi, and she's capable of sharp improvement back to that level. TOSCANELLA (12) resumes from a spell and looks the pick of the rest from a low draw, with her debut form at least suggesting she can run well fresh. SUGGESTED PLAY: Zephyr Song to shed the maiden tag.
