Fast pace assured with Showies Best Shot, Time Angel and Keysborough leading the charge. BRENLYN'S DAISY (6) disappointed at a short quote first-up at Leeton but bounced back last start to score impressively over 1200m at Wodonga. Kept fresh so coming back a furlong in trip is not a concern. Only needs luck from the wide alley to be winning again. TIME ANGEL (10) returned from a two-month break with a modest fifth last time out over this distance at Corowa. This doesn't look as tough so with a kilo less from a decent gate he makes plenty of appeal. PRETTY PENGUIN (8) raced handy and was a shade too good in a Class 3 over today's journey at Corowa recently. Goes well for Hannah Edgley who keeps the ride. Big chance again. SHOOTING FOR STARS (5) is racing well in better company. Can play a major role. NATIVE LEAF (4) is back sharply in distance but might sneak into the top four. SUGGESTED PLAY: Brenlyn's Daisy to win again.
