Strong early tempo assured from Indiamo and Bethsheba leading the way over Sir Tom. INDIAMO (4) Invader gelding who looks primed for a first-up victory after the five-month spell. Failed to handle the heavy conditions last time in and his two recent trials suggest he's come back in good order. Drawn to stalk the speed and gets his chance to get off the mark. BETHSHEBA (5) handy gelding due for a change of luck. Used up early from the wide gate when a tenacious long neck third over 1100m at this track on November 7. Will go forward again from the awkward draw and prove hard to run down. Value player. ROMAN SONG (9) returned to form after rocketing late when a sound head second over 1100m at this track on November 7. Fitter now and no shock to see her take this out. DEFYING (1) placed once in five starts and resumes from a four-month spell. Returns without a trial and worth noting his lone placing came on debut. Goes into the exotics. SUGGESTED PLAY: Indiamo to win.
