BOSUM BUDDY (9) hit the frame when resuming two runs back at Turffontein Inside but couldn't back it up last start when sixth, beaten 4 lengths, over 1000m at Turffontein Inside. Nicely placed to turn things around. KOMMETJIE STORM (7) did a great job to score by 5.5 lengths over this course and distance when first-up from a spell last time out. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she can win again. BAKWENA (8) turned in a modest performance when sixth last start over 1200m at Turffontein Inside, beaten 3.5 lengths after a good win on debut at this track. Worth another chance in this line-up.
