Moderate pace with Spokan taking up the running ahead of Dark Lager and Handsome Miss. SEE DE NIGHT (8) made it three straight minor placings at the latest when charging home into the frame. Has found the maiden win elusive but gets another great chance to get off the mark. Wide alley the only knock. CAPE SIZE (1) went better than the form reads second-up when only beaten 1.4L at Gawler. Strips fitter on the short turnaround and there's no reason he can't find winning ways. DARK LAGER (3) was much better at the latest when a close second at Naracoorte. Is open to further improvement and is drawn to get the gun run. Don't take lightly. ISOTROPIC (13) only got going very late in the piece at his second start and did make inroads. Fitter again and is drawn kinder. In the mix. SUGGESTED PLAY: See De Night gets the nod.
