Cracking tempo with Gunroom and Satness leading the way.
ZARAGOZA (3) settled worse than midfield then let down nicely to get up for third last start when second-up over this course and distance. Building a formidable record at this track and generally hits peak form from the third run of the prep. Ready to win. UP THE FRONT (5) didn't have a lot go his way but he still found the line nicely to get up for fourth last time out over 1300m at Newcastle. Drops 5kgs after the claim and is rock hard fit so there is plenty to like about his chances. Kembla specialist C'MON MATE (4) is back after a five-month spell. In the money at four of five first-up runs. Ideally drawn and is always a threat around this circuit. GUNROOM (1) returns after an eight-month absence. Scored first-up last prep at Newcastle over 1200m. Sure to be ready to run well. SATNESS (2) loves racing here and is also in the mix despite coming off a four-month break.
