THE EQUATOR (1) did a great job to score by 0.8 lengths over today's course and distance last start in a nice progression on the first-up performance. Looks well placed so expect another big run. KING'S EXPRESS (2) finished seventh two runs back then did well last start but found a couple better over 1800m at this track, beaten only 1.75 lengths after being prominent at the bend. The engagement of Muzi Yeni is a positive move. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. PALACE PRINCE (3) finished third two runs back at Greyville then improved last time out to score by 0.6 lengths over 1600m at Turffontein Inside. Looks well placed so expect another big run. HAWKBILL (5) was below his best last time when sixth over 1600m at this track, beaten 15 lengths. Well placed and should be thereabouts.
