A solid tempo on the cards with Kuia Ma heading them off. KOHLER KID (6) is unlucky to still be a maiden hitting the top four in all three career outings to date and this is not an overly strong affair. Only needs some luck navigating from the wide draw to be playing a major role in the finish. ARTISTIC ENDEAVOUR (1) has gotten better with each run this time in and looks to be on the doorstep of a maiden victory. Should be hitting the line with gusto. CERTIFY (4) hit the frame at the Gold Coast on debut and will have derived a stack of benefit from that race day experience. Can feature with natural improvement. ASTERN EFFORT (2) gets a jockey upgrade in the form of Thompson in the saddle and is one for the exotics players. SPOT THE AUSSIE (10) next in line from the inside alley out of the Vandyke yard. SUGGESTED PLAY: Siding with Kohler Kid.
