Expecting a solid pace with John's Road, Craiglea Oreo and Mariko leading the charge. FICTIVE (5) was okay when resuming from a lengthy spell and will have derived a stack of benefit from that hit-out. Has placed around this circuit and gets her chance to break through. MARIKO (1) just ran into one better at Mackay last time out and the extra furlong here will suit. Maps ideally from gate three and can play a major role in the outcome. Former NSW galloper MISS MOLLY ROCKET (4) wasn't too far away in the first run for the new stable and should find this easier than what she faced down south. Expect sharp improvement. HEROIC TALENT (10) placed around this circuit at the latest outing and is another to draw favourably. Top-three candidate. HEART 'N' POWER (12) rounds out the selections. SUGGESTED PLAY: Fictive each-way.
