Reasonable tempo with Sparkling Luck probably leading but a few others should keep him honest. BRAVE DANZA (4) rates well on his 1.5L defeat at Bendigo over 1500m. He can improve again and Stackhouse rides today. He'll be tough to beat. SPARKLING LUCK (6) is the threat. Missed by a similar margin at Geelong when he led as a 2.7F. Jamie Melham sticks aboard and that's a decent push for his chances. From a low gate he'll get every chance to see out the longer trip. ZOUCLAIRE (10) led and missed 1L at Mornington and is sure to keep improving. Uses the rail and Bates replaces Jamie Melham. A player as well.
