No surprise if the newcomers played a big part in the tempo of this race with little early speed evident from the runners with race experience. REGAL LOVER (5) ran first up at this track over 1200m and stuck on well for fourth, beaten two lengths. He showed good promise last time in, tackling a strong 2yo race at Flemington when not disgraced at his second career start. Will relish the rise in trip and can take this out. COLOUR OUR WORLD (9) resumed with a good run at Warrnambool behind one with strong maiden form, running on nicely into third. Tricky draw again but can win. DUNORI (3) is a colt by Dundeel on debut for the Ciaron Maher yard who won his latest jump out nicely, leading throughout. Expecting he runs well. EVERAIN (4) can run well on debut. SUGGESTED PLAY: Regal Lover to win.
