Moderate tempo with Shabby Chic leading the way. RURI SHANTI (10) turned in a nice run last time to finish third over 1500m at this track after being in contention on the turn. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. SHABBY CHIC (7) finished out of the money two starts back then was beaten 10 lengths when sixth in a 1400m contest at this track two weeks ago after being prominent at the bend. Nicely placed to get the prize. APOLLO SEIRAN (3) was in contention on the corner and finished third last start over 1500m at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. Placed to advantage so expect a big run. PURE STATE (1) missed the placings two runs back then didn't do any better last start when 13 lengths away in eighth over 1400m at this track. Likely improver.
