Strong tempo with Savamoon and Vegas On Fire leading from Hollerween and My Friday Beau. SAVAMOON (8) delivered a big Maiden win and then missed a whisker this grade/trip, also at Cranbourne. He will skip across and will keep improving for a leading stable. Peaks and a bounce is likely. MUPPET (11) did a good job after a slow start last time as favourite, and was even better beaten 1.8L in a 70 at Caulfield Heath prior. Has the inside gate and Kersley rides for the first time. MY FRIDAY BEAU (9) led and won a Kilmore Maiden, backed off the map. In a leading stable and is promising. Keep safe. STOP THE ROCK (6) resumed over this distance and will be better for it. Has jumped out since, and has plenty of scope to improve. HEAVENLY EAGLE (1) resumed with a nose defeat in a Bendigo 70 but was plainer that grade there following. Has the ability and is a chance to bounce. SUGGESTED PLAY: Going with Savamoon.
