Special Chance and Bow Vogue can be prominent. GOD BAROQUE (10) raced in the leading division and kept going to score by 0.8 lengths last time out over 1200m at this track. Facing a tougher assignment but he is worth serious consideration. BIG KAREN ROOF (3) built on a nice second two starts back at this track with a win over 1200m at Sapporo a month ago, getting home by 1.3 lengths. Yamato Ishikawa scored on her last time and retains the ride. Won't find this as tough so she is one of the main contenders. KAMIWA MATTEIRU (2) made a strong late bid only to just miss last start over 1200m at this track. Has race fitness on his side now. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is right in contention. BOW VOGUE (13) was prominent at the corner and finished second last start over 1500m at this track, beaten half a length. Should be cherry-ripe. Nicely placed to fill a top-three spot again.
