Solid tempo with Old Timing Man possessing enough dash to find the front. SAXINOUE (1) last appeared when down the track in a good quality race at Eagle Farm in December. Best form last prep came when he got to 1400m and beyond, but while fresh in a moderate affair he has the class to prevail. DESERT COUGAR (10) finally won her maiden last start when easily home over 1000m at Tamworth. Found the line strongly that day so the extra trip looks a positive. Should be thereabouts again. PICUPSTIXX (8) was forty days between runs when easily accounted for over 1050m at Inverell recently. Strips fitter and will be more effective over today's trip so watch for a much better run. ANOTHER WISH (5) hasn't been too far away at his last couple and will be cherry ripe at the fourth run back. SUGGESTED PLAY: Saxinoue to win the last.
