Strong tempo expected from Juwala, The Tumbling Paddy and Outrageous. COLGATE (1) was beaten by a nose on debut at Tauranga, and then did not finish his run off as expected off a wide trip last time out at Avondale just over 3 weeks ago. He will be suited to stepping up to a middle distance, and we think he can take this out. HEAVENLY LADY (8) has turned a corner with her form over a middle distance, and she was only beaten by a short-head at Avondale last time out. She can go one better in this. JANKA (2) finished third at Te Aroha nearly 2 weeks ago, and he will be spot on with his fitness fourth up from a spell. Stick with him on an each-way basis. OUTRAGEOUS (9) ran her best race yet when racing over this trip for the first time 5 weeks ago when finishing third. This field is not too strong, and she can figure in the finish again. LINIOUS (10) has been steadily improving, and she is worth including in all top 4 combos here. SUGGESTED PLAY: Colgate can win this.
