HUDSON HAWK (1) did a good job from a wider barrier when beaten 3.5 lengths into sixth over this distance at this track two weeks ago. Led there so can take advantage of the inside draw. Hard to beat in this suitable race. TRAMPOLINE (4) boxed on fairly at this course and distance last time for fifth. Finds a nice race and can feature in the finish. RODEO STAR MATE (8) was sixth in a 1300m contest at this track a week ago. Top-three prospect. |

MAGNUM HEART (7) led throughout to win at this venue two back and did a good job again when second last start after being in the firing line on the bend over this distance at this track, beaten 2.5 lengths. Nicely placed and has strong claims. VARUNA (1) was sent out at long odds when resuming last time but ran above expectations to finish second, beaten only 1.5 lengths at this course and distance. Draws the inside and can frank that form here. WAKATATSU FAITH (2) backs up seven days after racing on the speed and finishing second at this track and trip. Nicely drawn and should be in the finish. GO GO ONLY (6) was beaten 5.5 lengths into fifth over at her latest appearance. Can feature. |

SNOW PATROL (1) looks to be working towards a win having run a nice race last time out at this track and trip, finishing fourth and beaten 1.4 lengths when she kept chasing to the line. Gets the inside draw this time. Well placed and there is no reason she cannot find winning ways. MAGNIFIQUE BRILLER (7) is backing up quickly after stepping out for a new yard and finishing second at this course and distance seven days ago. Strong run last time and shapes as a major threat. CHAT NOIR (10) improved last time out, finishing 3.5 lengths from the winner in third. Should be reaching peak fitness so expect another big run. A SHIN VISION (8) has been solid enough at his last couple so could play a role. |

MIKINO ICHIGO (3) stuck on well last start to finish third over 850m at this track after showing good early speed. Draws lower and races well at this longer distance. In the right race and could prove hard to beat. RARE REAL NORVE (10) turned in a better run last time to finish second at this track and trip after leading and kicking on well. Nicely placed to take this out. KUTUNE SHIRKA (11) was solid last start at this course and distance, beaten 4.3 lengths into sixth. Likely improver with prospects. DORYU (4) has finished fourth in his last two outings. Can play a role again. |

SYMBOLI NOEL (3) has switched yards since finishing ninth six weeks ago over 2600m at Sapporo. She has been tackling much stronger opposition so is nicely placed here and expected to go close. BOM DIA (4) struggled in tougher company two back but last time did much better when a 1.5 lengths second at this track. Rates well in this company and looks a definite winning hope. SHIRAYURI (1) returned from a spell two weeks ago when she was seventh at this track and trip. Fitter so expect a better run this time. BIRD OF HAPPINESS (6) is a seven-start maiden who finished second last time out after being prominent at the turn. Chance to shed the maiden tag. |

MAU LINO (3) is back after a break of three months. At the last run before the layoff he finished eighth over 2000m at Hakodate. Enjoys a big class drop and draws well so is set to return in style. RYUNO TABUK (2) lined up for new trainer Hitoshi Sakai last start when fourth, beaten 3.5 lengths at Morioka Dirt over 1200m. Sound run last time and could be hard to beat from a favourable barrier. SEIUN ATER (8) struggled in a far tougher race two back but last time did much better in more suitable company when 1.4 lengths away in third at this track. Among the leading chances. MANA MAKANA (9) was solid when midfield last time and can play a role. |

No reason she cannot salute again. LAST SUMMIT (3) weakened out of contention in a good line-up last start but the prior form was good, scoring two back to follow a string of placings. Nicely drawn and is likely to run well. SWEAR (8) did a good job when beaten less than 3 lengths when sixth at this track three weeks ago. Could measure up to these. LUCKY OSCAR (9) wasn't disgraced last start over 1000m at Morioka Dirt, beaten 5 length. Top-three prospect. |

Rates highly and should take some beating. NOBO YUKI (9) was only beaten 1.6L two runs back then was midfield last start when sixth after being in contention on the corner. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run. YAMASHO CAT (7) showed little early dash last start but found the line strongly for third over this course and distance. Among the chances again. MEDAGLIA FLAME (2) was in contention on the turn and finished second last time when resuming from a spell, beaten 2.5 lengths. Will trim down second-up so anticipating another strong effort. |

MIDORITATSU (9) stuck on for fourth when resuming in a much richer race last start over 1870m at Sonoda after being in contention on the corner. Enjoys a drop in grade and should be fitter so she will prove hard to beat. SERVE THE MISSION (3) improved when dropping from JRA level last start but found a couple better over 1300m at this track, beaten 4.5 lengths. Draws well again so is capable of running a bold race. WIN BELLE REINE (6) ran below expectations last time when sixth starting at $3.60 but was good when missing by just a head two back. Can bounce back. SHIAWASENO LAMP (5) ran a better race last start, finishing 1.1 lengths away in fourth. Can figure in the finish. |

CIALDONI (3) has been out of the frame at her last couple of runs but they have been against much stronger opposition at JRA level and she was good two back when beaten 4.5L at Sapporo. Rates on top on best figures and will appreciate this far easier company. BLACK PERSIMMON (2) was well fancied last time and finished a close second to add to a string of top-four finishes. Draws well so should make an impact. SKY WINDSOR (1) is an eight-start maiden who wasn't far away last time when second. Toshiya Yamamoto has registered four minor placings when on board. One of the contenders. PRETTY KISS (8) will find this easier than her last appearance at Niigata. |

May prove tough to beat. MEDATSU YATSU (4) returns from a layoff of four-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1300m at this track. Looks a winning chance. HISTORY (3) resumes and won the last time he raced here three back. Draws well and is worth plenty of thought. DEEP STATE (7) turned in a solid run last start for fifth. Top-three prospect. |

Top chance again. GOOD FORTUNE (9) was narrowly beaten last time finding one better at Morioka Dirt. That followed a run of two wins on end. Can return to her winning form. RUTILE QUARTZ (10) got home by 2 lengths last time out over 1600m at this track, her third success from her last four runs. Has four wins here. Can go on with it. ABILE (1) is ready to break through after collecting her fourth minor placing in a row last time. |
