Capable of playing a major role. JUN CANNON (11) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race when fresh from a spell last time out, finishing third and beaten only 1.3 lengths over 820m at this track after being in contention on the bend. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. YAMAICHI LOVELY (1) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start in sixth after being in the firing line on the bend. Best figures measure up nicely. Sure to run well. MARUNO MIZUKI (10) resumes in a similar race to her last run six months ago when third, beaten 0.7 lengths. Worth plenty of thought.

MEISHO THEOS (8) doesn't boast the best winning strike rate but ran a nice race last time out, finishing fourth and beaten only 2 lengths over 1400m at this track after being in contention on the bend. Finds a suitable race and can build on that solid recent effort. MAKURAGA REINE (1) gave a sight here last time, leading until late before finishing fifth and beaten 2.25 lengths over 1400m. Will take catching again. M O BERRY (4) failed to feature last start but is a backmarker who gets home hard. Watch for a big run. LASTING BOND (3) progressed nicely last time out to finish just half a length from the winner in second over 1400m at this track. Best efforts measure up so capable of another big run.

GEOPARK BOSS (1) hasn't won recently but looks close to a breakthrough based on his last start third at this track over 1400m. Tomohiro Yoshimura who has scored on him two times retains the mount. Leading contender. A T TACHYON (2) was in the money two starts back at this track but couldn't back it up last time when seventh. Likely improver with strong prospects. M O DREAM (7) is close to breaking through, last start finishing just half a length away in second here after being prominent from the outset. Nicely placed to give this a mighty shake. HISHI ARAKAN (6) hasn't been able to break through for an extended period, the latest effort a fourth. Nicely placed to turn things around.

MOZU FAIRY (4) travelled just behind the leader before taking over and scoring a determined win by one length over 820m here last time. Winning rider Takashi Nakata stays aboard. Bold showing expected. WONDER BISCUIT (8) did a great job to score by a neck over today's course and distance last start to maintain her good form of late. Must raise the bar but another win beckons. SATONO DUCE (9) ran below expectations last time at this track. Likely improver with strong prospects. TAMANO CHOUCHOU (2) scored two back at this track but was below her best last time when ninth here. Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time.

LOVE ME PARADISE (9) saluted at this track two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when in contention on the bend before finishing fourth over 1400m at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race. KAWAKITA ORGO (6) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed and finishing 1.5 lengths away in second over 1400m at this track. Will push forward and is among the chances. SAKURA TOP MOON (7) finished fourth two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1400m at this track. Another forward showing is anticipated.

T K VINO (1) returned from a spell three weeks ago when she finished fifth over 1400m at this track. Strips fitter and should be thereabouts.

SIENA DANCE (3) turned in a fine effort to win by 1.5 lengths at today's track and distance last start in a much improved run. Goes up a rung or two but he is good enough to figure in the finish. SUN PIANO SONATA (6) is a six-start maiden who finished ninth after being prominent at the corner at her most recent outing over 1400m at Kyoto Dirt. Rates highly in this field and can turn things around. JERICOACOARA (7) has missed the frame at her last couple of outings, the latest when a disappointing eighth over 1200m at Kyoto. Finds an easier assignment and is a winning hope. GOLD BLOSSOM (5) has missed the frame at his last couple of outings, the latest when a disappointing tenth over 2200m at Niigata. Worth another chance in this easier assignment.

SUN PLUMERIA (4) is a eight-start maiden who was in the placings at her last two starts, finishing second at the latest appearance over 1400m at this track. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. Expected to be in the finish. SAND CRUISER (3) comes here off a break of four-and-a-half months. Worth noting he filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work. Has found a suitable race. MONTEMAGGIORE (8) was prominent from the outset and fought on for third last start over 1400m at this track, making it two minor placings in a row. Has her share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. MINT JULEP (2) had support when resuming last time out but never threatened when a disappointing ninth. Tomohiro Yoshimura stays aboard and although yet to win has been in the money on two occasions. Not to be discounted.

Well placed and can figure in the finish this time.
