GOING:

SPORTS ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALIA PACE (2ND HEAT) 2200m

Track: GOOD   Clouds (Max: 22)

HUXHAM CHUBB (7) is in good form, winning last month at Terang and placing in two of three starts since. Missed narrowly when second at her latest appearance at Hamilton, beaten a nose. Has to contend with a wide draw but can go close with even luck. BLUE MIKI (4) should be peaking now and looks close to a win following back-to-back placings. Produced a very good effort last time at Kilmore, finishing third and just a head from the winner. Can break through. THEROUX (1) is close to a win after placing in three of four starts so far this campaign and should get every chance from the ace draw. LAZENBY (3) has been hard to fault with back-to-back wins and draws to play a role again.
