KAMILLA (8) has had two runs this campaign without filling a placing but showed good improvement last time when fifth at Alexandra Park. She should be reaching peak fitness now and looks ideally placed in this line-up. MECHANICA (7) battled on okay for a midfield finish last start at Ruakaka. She is capable of playing a role in a race like this if she produces her best. IM A ROCKSTAR (6) will be fitter for two starts off a spell and his two career placings have come at this distance. Looking for a much better result. ISHTAR (3) is still leaning but there could be some ability there if the penny drops.
