GOING:

EUREKA CONCRETE PACE 1710m

Track: GOOD   Clouds (Max: 22)

CALEDONIAN RANGER (2) has been racing well of late. Led from a couple of spots wider and boxed on for fourth at his latest appearance at Maryborough. Should enjoy an economical run from this draw. Good enough to win a race of this calibre. KATUNGA EXPRESS (9) turned in a good effort last time out when he raced parked but boxed on for second at Melton. Draws on the back row but won the only time he attempted this circuit and distance. JUST INCREDIBLE (6) draws wide but has been solid in two start starts since a spell. Has placed in both previous third-up attempts so should be close to his peak. AMERICAN VICTORY (1) has come from wider barriers in both starts since a spell and hasn't been far from the placings. Strips fitter third-up and is aided by the ace draw.
