This is easier and he has the pace to push forward from this draw. SMOKESCREEN (7) has tackled higher graded races at his last couple of outings and hasn't been far from the placegetters, beaten only 4.5m at this circuit and distance last week. Draws for a trail and could be dangerous if he gets the gaps. KEAYANG SANTIAGO (2) is a newcomer to the Bailey McDonough yard. Has some decent form behind him including a Wagga win last month. A low draw could see him measure up. MAJOR ICON (10) is in the mix after turning in a good effort from this row here last start, beaten only 1.6m into third.
