Had enough speed to lead there so can taken advantage of this more favourable starting position. NOTHINGBUTWAVES (7) enjoyed a class drop at the latest appearance, racing parked but digging deep to score by 3.7 metres at this venue. Draws for a trail and if she gets the gaps she can keep the ball rolling. DOWN WARD DOG (2) draws better than last week. Runner-up here two back and won his only attempt at this distance so deserves another chance. SOVEREIGN PLACE (1) hasn't raced since a win at Menangle nine weeks ago but goes well fresh and gets the ace draw so keep safe.
