Ranhardt and Coolidge Tesoro will press forward in a keen battle for the lead. HEAVEN'S CRY (5) lifted strongly only to just miss when fresh from a spell last start over 1500m at this track. Sure to derive great benefit from that run. Tackling a deeper field this time but he is capable of another big effort. RICKEY MACCHIATO (2) is racing well, scoring two back at this track before finishing 1.1 lengths from the winner in third last time over 1500m at this track. Haruto Nakayama who has two wins when partnering stays on. Among the leading chances. ESORA (10) finished second at Kawasaki two runs back but didn't measure up last time over 1400m at this track, finishing back in sixth. Finds a tougher race but this looks well within his grasp. NISHINO REPEAT (3) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at this track over 800m. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run this time.
