Solid early tempo from Brisky who will look to lead from the rails draw, challenged by Gun Hammer. BOLT TESORO (7) ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 1600m at this track. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. GRACE THE CROWN (12) produced a reasonable effort when fourth last start over 1600m at this track, beaten 2.25 lengths after he did his best work in the closing stages. That followed a win at Nakayama Dirt the start prior. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well. GUN HAMMER (10) recorded his first win last start over 1300m at this track, getting home by half a length. Harder this time but still one to consider. KUNINO HAPPY (4) was safely held last time when he dropped out to finish ninth at this track on a soft track but down in the weights today. Better than last start and can improve sharply.
