ASK SUSTAINABLE (8) turned in a fine effort to win by one length at today's track and distance last time out to build on a solid first-up result. Stepping up a level this time but on his best form he is good enough to cope. RARE GENIUS (3) showed good speed to stalk the pace before drawing clear to score by half a length over 1230m here last time out. Goes well at this trip, recording three minor placings and looks a top chance. KIKUNO ARDENT (5) dug deep to score when fresh from a spell two runs back then was beaten 15 lengths into 11th over 1700m at this track last time four weeks ago. Record at this journey is strong with three wins from nine runs and should play a prominent role. T K VOGUE (7) finished 6 lengths behind the winner in eighth over 1870m at this track last start after lifting strongly to score two back. Can sneak into the finish.
