SHINRINGENKAI (1) turned in a fine effort to win by one length at today's course and distance last time out to continue her outstanding recent form. Needs to be at her best to beat this field but she can win again. CARTE MAITRESSE (9) has put together back-to-back placings, the latest when a nose away in second over 1400m at this track when she was in the firing line all the way. Taking on a better field but she is up to the task. SANONO ESPO (4) travelled just behind the leader before taking over and scoring a determined win by a head over 1800m here last time. Bold showing expected again. IN HIS EYES (11) was in contention on the corner and finished second last time over 1400m at this track when resuming from a spell, beaten 5 lengths. Will trim down second-up. Has a solid record at this course and distance, including two wins. Worth plenty of thought.
