Nomomeikushi to take charge ahead of Darn Deadly at a good tempo. FIRE 'N' STONE (3) progressive filly who can put these to the sword after returning good figures when saluting over 1300m at Canberra in quick time. This is no tougher and will give a bold sight again. EMPUSA (2) was well in commission before disappointing in the heavy going when sixth over 1600m at Coffs Harbour. Earlier runs had merit and shapes as the main danger. ATLANTIC DIVA (7) up in trip when a comfortable Maiden winner over 1400m at Bathurst. Has scope for improvement and stays in the mix in this stronger contest. NOMOMEIKUSHI (6) ploughed through the heavy (10) going to shed her Maiden tag at start two over 1200m at Coffs Harbour. Gibbons sticks from the good gate and not to be overlooked. SUGGESTED PLAY: Fire 'N' Stone and Empusa should fight it out.
