KANNAGI (10) met with solid support last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 1400m at this track in a disappointing performance. Tough to beat if near her best. MIYUKI JO OSAMA (1) is yet to fill a placing in two runs since resuming from a spell, the latest when fifth over 1400m at this track. Will strip fitter and well-placed is a key runner. DAWN COSMO (5) was in the firing line on the turn and finished second last time over 1500m at this track when resuming from a spell. Suitably placed so anticipating a big run again. PEACE OCEAN (11) has been in the market at her last couple of runs but failed to threaten, the latest effort a modest sixth at this track over 1400m. Expecting improvement.
