ORI'S GENIE (8) is a progressive galloper who is first-up since finishing sixth over 1500m at this track nine weeks ago. Has won when fresh from a spell in the past. Can make a winning return. IORANA (4) was impressive last time over 1200m at Funabashi, scoring by 2.5 lengths. Should be involved in the finish. STHENNO (6) won at Funabashi two starts ago but was below her best at a more recent appearance, finishing ninth over 1500m at this track. Finds a nice race and can make amends.
