GOING:

NATURES CARGO PACE 2200m

Track: GOOD   Clouds (Max: 17)

AFFAMATO (8) made a strong return last start when overcoming a wide barrier to score at Bendigo, getting home by a nose. Should enjoy a nice smother from this draw and will be looking for a split at some stage. Fitter so can keep the ball rolling. SHIFFRIN (3) did a good job to come from the back row for third last start, beaten less than 5 metres at Melton. Her lone win came at this distance and she is lightly raced with upside. Draws well so has strong claims. JUST INCREDIBLE (6) draws wide but should be ready to peak now. With even luck he could give this a real shake. CALEDONIAN RANGER (4) is in the mix having added to his consistent form with a respectable third at his most recent appearance at Geelong.
