FREMARKS PEGGY (7) may need a bit of luck negotiating a very wide starting position but her form is hard to knock having added to a string of top-three finishes when boxing on for second at Bendigo last week. Cruised home at this circuit and distance prior. Could strike again if things go her way. Manners are proving a problem for COLTRANE (11) who galloped for the third time in a row last start but he had kicked off his campaign with back-to-back wins so the ability is there if he gets it right. KAMARAN (6) continues to race well having worked before finishing third at Terang last time out. Draws wider but had won four of his previous five and has won two of three attempts at this circuit and distance. PIESRIDINGSHOTGUN (8) may need some luck from the back row but was brave last week, leading and sticking on well to miss narrowly as runner-up at Kilmore.
