S S GUPPY (3) made a nice return at his latest appearance a week ago, coming from a wider barrier for second at this circuit and distance. Fitter for that and should have no excuses from this more advantageous draw so he can certainly take this out. HEARTS N ACES (2) will find this easier than last week's resuming effort when midfield at Alexandra Park. Fitter and draws well. Expect him to be prominent. SEASIDE CHARLIE (6) had six weeks off before he was was fifth at Manawatu in his first outing for the new yard. Had placed in his other three starts. Improver. COPY N PASTE (7) draws wider than in his debut placing at this circuit and distance but is open to natural improvement.
