GOING:

ALFREDTON LAUNDRY TROT 2200m

Track: GOOD   Clouds (Max: 17)

CHAMPAGNES (3) led from wider than this when she won at this venue two starts ago and was good again at her latest appearance when placed in this grade at Charlton. Has the benefit of a good draw and should be prominent from there. ONAWINGANDAPRAYER (1) made a winning start for this stable when coming from a wide barrier to score at the most recent appearance at this circuit and distance. Up in grade but has the benefit of the inside draw. That gives her the chance to get the job done again. SNICKERS EXPRESS (10) draws on the back row but with even luck he is in the mix after finishing fourth at his last two appearances. BUCKLES FOR BERRY (8) might need a few good breaks from an awkward draw but will be fitter for last week's resuming second at Geelong.
