Baulkham Hills to find the front in the small field. FEDERAL RESERVE (2) is a consistent three-year-old who is by Justify so he should enjoy getting to the mile for the first time. Even effort last time to fill a minor placing in a Class 1 over 1350m. Very fit and sure to give a strong account. MURPHILLY (5) is in career-best form with three consecutive top three finishes, all over this course and distance. Only needs to maintain that performance level to be a major player. ARTIE STEAMER (10) turned in a real eye-catcher on debut at Goulburn when friendless in betting, closing hard to be beaten under two lengths following a poor jump. Gets an extra 100m today and is one to watch for late in the piece. The genuine CUESTA (4) is also in the mix on the back of strong recent form, the latest effort a very close second in a similar race to this at Orange. SOUTHERN SKY (9) is fitter for two runs back from a spell and is a must for exotics punters. SUGGESTED PLAY: Backing Federal Reserve.
