Strong tempo with Magic Princess and Limbering leading the way over Brown Nose Day Gal. BY THE BOOK (3) turned in a strong run two starts ago at Balaklava then was just as good in town against tougher opposition last time. Drops back in trip off a month between runs and gets her chance to break a long run of outs. LIMBERING (6) raced in the leading division and kept going to score by a long neck last time out at Naracoorte. Not a great deal tougher this time and another big run is on the cards. MAGIC PRINCESS (7) didn't make an impression last time but was a determined winner two back. Holder taking over is a good push. Don't underestimate. BROWN NOSE DAY GAL (2) was far from her best at the latest but her two runs prior were full of credit. Can get things back on track. SUGGESTED PLAY: By The Book to win.
