Without frontrunners engaged Star Of Sky gets the chance to lead. QUEEN'S STATE (2) hasn't featured at her last two runs but they have been against much stronger opposition on the JRA circuit, the latest at Kyoto Dirt. Will find this much easier and is drawn to advantage. BRICK YARD (5) improved last start but found one better at this track and distance, beaten 4 lengths after being in the firing line on the corner. Finds a suitable race and can find the winner's circle. SOMBRERO (1) is a two-start maiden who was outclassed last start at Kyoto but is much better placed. Can measure up from the inside draw. MOLTO CARINA (8) is a top-four prospect.
