Lord Gladio to take charge ahead of Roys Peak at a good tempo. LORD GLADIO (8) is returning from a spell of four months. Finished second in a richer race at Urara at the end of last prep. Now with a new trainer Yuji Uchikoshi. Well-placed and looks ready to fire. ROYS PEAK (1) was well fancied last start over 1600m at this track when fifth. Recorded a win and a second within the previous three starts so can make amends. JOSHO HOPE (2) has been in the market at his last couple of runs but failed to threaten. Draws well and can do better. BARI CHULO (5) has a decent record at this track and trip so could be competitive.
