Reasonable tempo with Classic Grace probably leading but a few others should keep her honest. Another large maiden field here, and we like ONE BOLD FLOOZIE (4) after she put the writing on the wall with a solid second place finish by a head at Hawera 12 days ago. She has a good gate, and she can go one better. SHE MEANS BUSINESS (7) has finished fourth in all of her 3 starts to date, and she hit the line too late at Matamata last time out. She stays at 1400m, which is a query for us, but if the tempo is strong, she will be slicing through late again. Each way. RYBAKINA (2) has raced her way into form with experience, and her last 3 starts have all been very good, finishing runner-up in each of them. She is capable of racing off the front, or running on from the back, and with the right run, she will go close to taking this out. CONFECTIONIST (5) looked a lot better fresh up when finishing second off the back off a pair of trial wins. She strips fitter, and she won't be in this class for much longer. KIND OF BLUE (3) will be backing up from Sunday, and she is worth including. SUGGESTED PLAY: One Bold Floozie each way.
