Expecting Drumshanbo to take up the lead at a genuine tempo. AMBER AFFAIR (12) is unlucky to still be a maiden hitting the top-four in all six outings this campaign and strikes a very winnable contest here. Gets in well at the weights with the claim and looks the one they all have to run down. EXCEEDINGLY BRAZEN (4) was well in the betting when having the first run for the new stable and where there's smoke there's fire. Sure to have come on with that first-up run in the locker and should be right there at the business end. DRUMSHANBO (1) resumes here but showed enough in his first two career starts to warrant consideration in a race like this. Can run a race while fresh. BOOM BUNNY (13) has placed three of four around this circuit and looks a must for the multiples. NIVEN (2) best of the rest. SUGGESTED PLAY: Amber Affair to break the maiden status.
