Good early tempo with several going forward, primarily Nautical Landing, I'm Devine and City Lights. COPACABANA (4) produced a promising debut effort over 1200m at Scottsville last start, finishing second of seven. She raced from just off the pace and stayed on well at the finish. With the natural improvement that is expected she should be the one to beat. EXTRACTION (8) should have finished closer to the winner last time as she hung on the turn. If seeing out the 1600m she should throw out a big challenge to the top selection. CITY LIGHTS (3) last three starts have been fair, including last start when finishing second of nine over 1600m. Has solid each-way claims. LADY SUREYYA (9) in what was her second start last time out finished fifth of nine over 1400m at this track. Will strip fitter and can give a sight at odds.
