Strong tempo with Waiting On Charlie, Sister Golden Hair and Rejuvenate leading the way. MISS NOVAX (2) produced a strong finish when winning on debut over 1200m on this course. She found betting support that day which suggests that she was showing good work at home. She will love the rise to 1500m and can remain unbeaten. SISTER GOLDEN HAIR (3) followed up her maiden win with a good second-place finish over 1400m at Turffontein last start. Gavin Lerena is likely to use her early gate speed to overcome the widest draw and she may be hard to peg back. LITTLEMISSSPLENDID (1) ran a fair race over 1160m at Turffontein last time. If seeing out the extra distance on offer, she should be competitive. WAITING ON CHARLIE (8) showed some improvement when fourth over 1200m last time. It must be noted that the horse that finished third that day has come out and won since. She is a progressive type and can place.
